Magistrate Molloy restored as Bench Chairman!
Vidocq could not be happier! Magistrate Molloy was given the go-ahead to take back his place a chair of the bench! It also believed that he had received an apology.
Incorrect reports claimed last week that Mr Molloy had been reinstated. In fact, that decision was only made this week. However, an investigation is still ongoing into his conduct by the local magistrates advisory committee. This investigation involves his public comments on the issue rather than his conduct in court.
Mr Molloy’s lawyers have now written to the advisory committee to offer his version of events after the confrontation in Blackburn Magistrates’ Court on May 13, 2010.

Are we going to let this slide? I believe the only one to be under investigation is the clerk, Christine Dean!
