it happened in 1993. not 94
Typo! Thanks for catching it!
Cold case did not do anything. It was the plea bargin of a murderer Marcus K. Orozco. The lazy and incompitent DISTRICT ATTORNEY knows he has no case. Marcus K. Orozco has been in jail for raping his sister and has been on the run for the last nine years for killing my brother josh toomey. This trash is the only proof the DA has.
HEY D.A.: DO YOUR JOB YOU LAZY AND STOP MAKING DEALS WITH MURDERS YOU PUSSY!!!!!!
JERED TOOMEY AND THE WHOLE TOOMEY FAMILY
Jered,
First, I am deeply sorry for the loss of your brother, Josh. Has there been an arrest and conviction in his case?
Second, I checked you other comments on other websites. Do I understand it correctly that the only evidence the prosecution has in the case against Brad Ballantyne is information given to them by Marcus Orozco? If I misunderstood, please email me a more elaborate comment.
Sincerely, Vidocq
ballantyne thought he was off the hook but finally got what he deserves, i dont care if he has kids and a wife, kim had has amazing kids and had their mother taken from them. he deserves to rot in prison for the rest of his life. so those who are saying his conviction was unfair because hes a changed man is bullshit. hes a murderer who tired to hide it when thats who he was all along.
familys have suffered because of this but nothing compared to the degree that kims family had to endure.
i hope this religious man realizes what he has done and looks forward to hell because thats where his next cell is located.
Hi Brittany, there are always more families suffering than just the accused’s and the victim’s family. Everyone has ties and far more than we can imagine from just reading about the case in the papers.
