Sentencing concludes case of Ryan Guitron
From NCNewsPress: “Attorney General Jon Bruning today announced Vencil Ash III, 41, and Kelly Meehan, 24, were sentenced in relation to the 2003 shooting death of Ryan Guitron.
Ash was sentenced to life imprisonment for one count of first-degree murder. He was found guilty by jury last month in Kimball County District Court.
Meehan pleaded guilty to one count of being an accessory to a felony and was sentenced to the maximum 20 to 60 months in prison.”
Guitron’s remains were recovered in 2010.
