BabyBarista “Law and DisOrder”

on October 26th, 2010

BabyBarista and the Art of War (renamed Law and DisOrder) is one of the books I grab when the spirits need to be lifted by being transported to a different time.

The book is about a pupil barrister who will have to work hard to outshine his fellow pupil barristers in the race for tenancy in chambers.

During this year he not only broadens his legal skills but also learns to take advantage of other people’s vanity, arrogance, greed, and ruthlessness to acquire that little edge over the other pupils.

When you read BabyBarista, you will meet a fabulous cast of characters. Their names paint their pictures in your head in such a way only a good book can!

BabyBarista is the creation of UK talent Tim Kevan. His second book novel “Law and Peace” will be published by Bloomsbury in May 2011.

British humour, subtle power play, plots and intrigue…Vidocq was sold! I cannot wait to read more about this barrister.

Highly recommended!
